Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders within India, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Timelines: Domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location (e.g., 4-5 days for metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, or Bangalore; 5-7 days for other regions). Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.

Pre-Order Items: For pre-order products, estimated delivery timelines are clearly stated in the product description.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Track your package using the link provided or on our courier partner’s website (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post).

Package Condition: Please check your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered, do not accept it and contact us immediately at support@whiteloveboutique.com.
Exchanges

Eligibility: We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging intact, within 7 days of delivery.

Process: To request an exchange, Whatsapp us with your order number and preferred exchange item (subject to availability). We’ll arrange a reverse pick-up within 2-3 business days for domestic orders, free of charge.

Exchange Options: Exchange for any available item on whiteloveboutique.com. If the new item costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit. If it costs more, you’ll receive a payment link for the difference.

Second Exchanges: A ₹150 fee applies for additional exchanges on the same order, payable via a payment link sent to your registered email.

Quality Check: Returned items are inspected for quality. Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags will be returned to you and not eligible for exchange.
Returns

Store Credit: Returns are processed as store credit, valid for 12 months from issuance. Cash refunds or bank reversals are not available.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Process: Contact support@whiteloveboutique.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Store Credit Issuance: Upon approval of the return, store credit will be issued as a gift card code via email, redeemable at checkout.
Exclusions

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items: Items purchased during promotional events (e.g., Festive Sale, Buy One Get One, or marked “Final Sale”) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Altered Items: Items returned in a soiled, damaged, or altered condition will not qualify for store credit or exchange.

International Returns: Due to logistical constraints, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@whiteloveboutique.com with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item with the same product, subject to availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
